To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item should be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Inform us of your decision to return the product by contacting our customer service team. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage for the return.

  2. Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Send the Product Back: You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the product. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the return transit.

Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please do not dispose of it. Contact us immediately so we can assist you. We may ask for photos or other evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
