What Can I Do If Something Sad Happens To My Candle?
At Giggle & Glow, we take pride in our hand-produced products, which may have minor variations between batches and individual items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item should be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Send the Product Back: You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the product. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the return transit.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please do not dispose of it. Contact us immediately so we can assist you. We may ask for photos or other evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.
Refund Processing:
